Art. 1 - Definitions.
1. In compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, Tamara Valentini, in the exercise of its commercial activities, is the owner of the processing of personal data of each customer, who is the interested party.
2. Treatment means any operation concerning the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database. 3. Personal data means any information concerning the interested party.
4. The Data Controller is defined as the subject who is responsible for decisions regarding the purposes, the methods of processing personal data, the tools used and data security.
5. Responsible means the person appointed by the owner to process personal data.
6. Interested means the subject to whom the personal data refer.
Art. 2 - Purpose of the processing.
1. Tamara Valentini, as sole owner, declares to process the personal data of its Customers for commercial purposes only and for this purpose guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the rights to privacy and protection of personal data.
2. In pursuing the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, Tamara Valentini asks the Customer to provide the personal data necessary for the conclusion of the contract and the invoicing, or the issue of an invoice. The provision of data is mandatory for the conclusion of the contract.
3. Within the administrative and accounting activities of Tamara Valentini, the data are processed by the Data Controller, and are stored in their database.
4. Tamara Valentini undertakes not to disclose personal data collected to undetermined individuals.
Art. 3 - Rights of the interested party.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of personal data;
c) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
2. Except for the partial opposition of the interested party, Tamara Valentini processes the personal data of its Customers, also for sending advertising material or for commercial communications.
3. The interested party may exercise his / her rights, as per paragraphs 2 and 3, through a specific request, to be sent to the e-mail address published on the website www.borgodegliangeliarcola.it.
Informed of the purposes of the processing and the rights granted to the interested party in relation to the management of their personal data, the Customer lends his consent to the processing of personal data provided to Tamara Valentini for the commercial activity of this website.
